Charlotte co-founded Simpatico Support after leaving bedside registered nursing to pursue her passion in community-based healthcare. While Charlotte’s work is highly administrative as the Operations Lead of Simpatico Support, she is still a practicing Registered Nurse, psychosocial recovery coach and specialist support coordinator who you may have the pleasure of meeting in support of one of our other team members or in coordination of participants care.
As a co-founder of Simpatico Support, Nathan is passionate about connecting participants to the best team and services for their individual needs. He is goal-driven and reflects this motivation in all interactions – making him excel in long-term care needs. Nathan is currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Nursing Degree and plans to expand his horizons in community healthcare following his graduation. He currently provides services in support work, specialist support coordination and psychosocial recovery coaching.
Sophie comes from a background of aged and dementia specialist care – with a strong passion and expertise in this field. She completed a year of Registered Nursing before making the switch to a Bachelor of Paramedicine which is due to complete in 2026. Sophie’s dedication and passion for helping others shines through in every interaction. She excels in building strong, meaningful relationships with her participants, ensuring they feel understood and supported through each step of their journey.
